Position Summary/Objective:
The incumbent oversees day-to-day onsite construction activities, in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of projects. S/he directly supervises foremen and field labor, including subcontractors.
Base hourly rate of $37/hr - $49/hr
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assists in the preparation/assembly of project schedules, job site offices, and equipment requirements.
- Reviews project plans and specifications, and develops execution strategies to reduce potential construction problems and increase cost savings for the Company.
