Description and Requirements

As a Sr. Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist you will focus on financial planning and cost control within a manufacturing environment, with a key emphasis on CAPEX and manufacturing overhead (MVA) management. The role involves close collaboration with plant stakeholders to drive cost efficiency through forecasting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

What You'll Do:

- Lead MVA (manufacturing overheads) and CAPEX forecasting processes

- Perform variance and gap analysis against budget, quarter-to-quarter, year-over-year, and cost-to-complete metrics.

- Monitor and control CAPEX investments and manufacturing expenses within approved targets.

- Manage system approval processes related to CAPEX and MVA spending.

- Partner with plant stakeholders to improve cost visibility and financial accuracy.
