Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Role Summary

This role is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the core operating systems that power the company’s tutor marketplace and service delivery infrastructure. The focus is on the development of the tutor supply engine and operational reliability layer that directly drive revenue activation, tutor utilization, service quality, and operational efficiency.

The position is transformation‑focused, replacing manual and reactive operational processes with scalable systems, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that support a real‑time, high‑performance operational environment. It sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations, owning operational tooling, workflow automation, marketplace mechanics, system reliability, and execution infrastructure.
