Senior Fullstack Engineer (Frontend) (Winnipeg)

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at OpenPhone, you will spend a majority of your time designing and delivering end-to-end product experiences that drive growth – from frontend interfaces to backend integrations.

Technical Stack

• Backend built on Node using Typescript
• Kubernetes on AWS to orchestrate infrastructure setup and deployment
• Variety of databases used for different purposes
• Kong as the public API Gateway
• React on the frontend and Node on the backend

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences that drive growth – from frontend interfaces to backend integrations
• Lead a small squad or initiative, collaborating closely with a Growth PM to rapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and design small to medium‑size experiments and features end-to-end across the stack
