Senior Functional Consultant - Commercial Lending (San Antonio)

As part of a client-facing Professional Services team, the Senior Functional Consultant provides dedicated support to one or more strategic clients implementing Commercial Loan Servicing.

In this role, you will:

• Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements.
• Defines product scope, objectives and requirements.
• Define specifications and data models for product development and testing.
• Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements for software modifications, custom enhancements, and system-to-system and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and procedural guides.
