Job Overview

As part of a client-facing Professional Services team, the Senior Functional Consultant provides dedicated support to one or more strategic clients implementing Commercial Loan Servicing.

In this role, you will:

Work individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements. Define product scope, objectives and requirements. Define specifications and data models for product development and testing. Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements for software modifications, custom enhancements, and system-to-system integrations. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and procedural guides. Collaborate closely with technical analysts and developers to translate requirements into functional designs and accurate development detailed test plans and test cases to validate that application changes meet business needs and maintain system integrity. ...
