Responsibilities
- Supervision and coordination of Offshore Full-time Employees (FTEs) responsible for Closing and Disclosure Desk.
- Review and validate loan documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Ensure all loan conditions are satisfied before funding.
- Balancing CD ensuring No Cost to Cure Tolerances.
- Prepare and execute wire transfers for mortgage loans.
