- 3 previous years Game farm management experience
- Computer literate
- Strong proven management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work with and motivate staff
- The candidate must be an individual with ownership mentality, be trustworthy and committed
- Mechanically and maintenance orientated
