Job Description
Senior GC Hotel Renovation Construction Project Manager Next Step Recruitment is looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep, hands‑on experience in Canadian hotel renovations.
About the Role We’re supporting TRIP Contracting—a specialized General Contractor focused exclusively on national hotel renovation programs—on the search for a Senior Project Manager capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading both pre‑construction and field execution from end to end.
This is a fast‑paced, operationally complex role that requires someone who can
hit the ground running
in active hotels and lead both
pre‑construction and field execution
from start to finish.

(guestrooms, corridors, lobbies, amenities, BOH areas)
