Role purpose

•      Real Estate Services (RES) is part of the Global Procurement & RES Infrastructure team within the Global Chief Operating Office (GCOO) at HSBC. The function is responsible for shaping and delivering the Bank’s real estate strategy globally, working in close partnership with businesses, senior leadership and external strategic partners.

•      The Global and AME RES ESG Manager supports the delivery of a coordinated programme of ESG and sustainability activities and projects across RES, with a particular focus on global project delivery and regional support for Asia & Middle East (AME).

•      Working closely with the Global Head of RES ESG and Sustainability, regional ESG teams, RES market leads and supplier partners, the role helps translate strategy into practical delivery, strong governance, and measurable outcomes.
