Senior Global Benefits & LOA Specialist

Link-Worldwide is searching for an experienced HR professional in Mexico, Ciudad de México, to manage benefits and leave of absence programs. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in human resources and vendor management, exhibiting a deep understanding of leave policies.

In this role, you will liaise between the organization and vendors, identify trends, and ensure compliance with various regulations. A demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and diplomatic interaction with stakeholders is key.
