To provide support for the development of services embracing continuous quality improvement and the management of change necessary to achieve organisational objectives. To participate in the development and direction of the CMD laboratory as directed by the Chief Clinical Scientist, Principal Clinical Scientist(s) and the Clinical Director(s) of the CMD laboratory.
