・Develop high-quality designs using licensed character materials while keeping their core identity. Ensure all designs follow the project's objectives and character guidelines, while keeping creativity.
・Understand the nature, objective, and business context of each project.
・Managing design tasks effectively across multiple projects.
・Balance creativity, compliance, and timeline practically.
・Coordinate closely with Brand Assurance and the Licensing team.
・Support and guide junior designers when needed.
・Stay updated with trends.
Job Requirement

・Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design in character licensing, branding, or the entertainment industries. -Experience in project management and business/product planning across multiple projects.
