What You Will Do In This Role

• Partner closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to understand how Noa is performing and how to accelerate its adoption in Brazil.
• Design and execute experiments (such as A/B tests) to evaluate hypotheses, optimize user adoption, and scale product usage.
• Analyze data and channel performance to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Support the scaling of operations by designing and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.
