My client is looking for a hands-on Senior Housekeeper for a luxury event venue to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure exceptional standards across guest accommodation and communal spaces. This is a key role for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
What You'll Do
Lead and support the housekeeping team day-to-day
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
Conduct room inspections and quality checks
Manage rotas, stock control, and housekeeping systems
Work closely with management to drive operational excellence
Support recruitment, training, and team development
Remain hands-on with cleaning, changeovers, and room preparation
