Senior HR Advisor - 12 month FTC

We are working with a highly-regarded, international professional services firm looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

This is a broad, hands‑on role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, taking ownership of complex casework while contributing more widely across the employee lifecycle.

The team is small, collegiate and high‑performing — this role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business and operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities:

• Acting as the firm’s ER specialist, advising on a full range of casework (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, flexible working)
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic, risk‑based advice
• Managing cases end‑to‑end, including documentation, investigations and outcomes
