    As Senior HR Advisor you will provide​expert, pragmatic advice to managers​and colleagues across the business, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant people management practices. You will play a key role in managing complex employee relations matters, supporting ​organisational change, and promoting a positive and inclusive employee experience. ​

    This role will involve:​

  • ​Acting as the lead advisor on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, performance, bullying and harassment, and redundancy processes​
  • ​Providing ​timely, commercially sound advice to managers on ER issues, ensuring alignment with employment law, internal policies, and best practice​
