What You'll do
Act as the local on‑site HR representative, working closely with the business and local leadership team to shape organizational direction, challenge the status quo, and translate business strategy into sustainable, people‑centric decisions. Navigate and manage a complex matrix organization by partnering with Business Units based at HQ Schaan, Liechtenstein and team leads across multiple locations, fostering strong collaboration, alignment, and effective global interactions.
