Position purpose
The Senior HRBP serves as a strategic advisor to the trading desks and leadership. You will align the people strategy with commercial objectives in a volatile market.
Main responsibilities
Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to Senior Traders and Heads of Desk, providing data-driven insights to influence business decisions, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Organizational Development: Lead initiatives in organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation to improve efficiency.
