Your role in our team:

Support strategic HR Business Partnering for assigned Asia locations by assisting in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for regional and local strategic roles from job requisition to onboarding processes for positive candidate experience

Partner with hiring managers to understand the workforce need; review and improve for effective sourcing strategies

Collaborate in the implementation and review employees’ compensation and benefits schemes to support talent retention

Monitor and participate for the renewal of medical and insurance plans and propose enhancements aligned with market trends

Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievances, actions and conflict resolution and ensure fairness and compliance with procedures
