Senior HR Partner, EU Operations & Compliance

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. HR Partner for our Regional EU HR Team. This role involves delivering high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and partnering closely with managers and employees.

The ideal candidate will manage HR operations for Switzerland and Germany and support recruiting activities, drawing on strong knowledge of Swiss and German employment regulations and excellent communication skills in English and German.
