Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Channels & System Development
- Develop and execute Southeast Asia recruitment strategies that align with the company's Asia‑Pacific and global business strategies; identify and manage recruitment channels across the region.
- Design, optimize, and standardize the end‑to‑end recruitment process for the regional recruitment hub, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Lead the team building, day‑to‑day management, performance evaluation, and capability development of the regional recruitment hub.
- Recruitment Execution & Management
- Take full ownership of recruitment across all Southeast Asian countries, with a particular focus on critical roles such as Supply Chain Sales, Supply Chain Management, Customs Affairs Specialists, Warehouse Management, and others.
