Job Description
Senior HSE Manager
We are seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environment management across the full lifecycle of major offshore wind projects in APAC – from late-stage development through construction completion. Reporting to the EPC Director, you will serve as the senior HSE authority on LAUTEC's client projects, ensuring the highest standards are upheld in line with applicable legislation and project-specific requirements.
What You Will Do
- Own the HSE strategy and its execution across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with legislation, client expectations, and LAUTEC standards.
- Lead HSE planning across analysis, maturation, and execution phases, including preparation and implementation of Safety Management Plans and Health & Safety Plans.
