Summary This position is in the Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary of Transportation (OST), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration, Departmental Office of Human Resources Management (DOHRM), Human Capital Planning and Solutions. You will serve as a Senior Human Capital Analyst and technical expert in Workforce Planning (WFP) and human capital data analysis. Responsibilities The Senior Human Capital Analyst: Serves as an authority in human capital analytics, data analysis, and monitoring and evaluation of human capital programs. Oversees the human capital data and methodologies employed to capture, utilize and disseminate that data. Leads enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives and performs advanced human capital data analysis to forecast workforce objectives in andinform strategic alignment.
