This role requires a structured and detail‑oriented HR professional who is comfortable working in a manufacturing and operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations support for the Precast business unit
• Manage HR documentation control in compliance with ISO standards and audit requirements
• Ensure proper filing, traceability, and accuracy of HR records and documentation
• Support internal and external audits including ISO and statutory compliance audits
