Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Leader to drive human resources strategy and execution across our manufacturing operations.This role partners with Plant Management to align workforce planning with business goals, ensure labor compliance, and build a high-performance culture.You'll oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, labor relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and community relations in a unionized, fast-paced environment.
