**Your Job**
Your Primary Purpose is to lead the HR Ops teams in Guadalajara 1 site to develop and effectively execute administrative human resources functions to support the company in achieving business goals.
You wil be Supervising **:HR operations-related functions**through internal and external contacts. **Internal**:All levels across Molex Guad 1 and HR organization. **External**:Labor authorities, attorneys, vendors, consultants, external agencies, etc.
