About the Role
The Senior ICT Systems Administrator is responsible for the technical ownership, stability, and continuous improvement of WFA’s ICT environment. The role provides senior level engineering expertise, leads technical decision making, and sets standards across infrastructure, cloud, and end‑user environments. It acts as a technical escalation point within the ICT team. Operating across both operational and tactical levels, the Senior ICT Systems Administrator contributes to solution design, technical standards, and system optimisation, exercising independent judgement to resolve complex issues and lead technical problem management.
