Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our team in Tczew.
This role reports directly to the Indirect Purchasing Manager and plays a key role in driving procurement excellence, building strategic supplier partnerships, and supporting business growth.
What a typical day looks like:
Managing RFQs and tender processes for non-production materials and services
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Negotiating with suppliers to secure best commercial conditions
Ensuring cost optimization while maintaining service quality and continuity of supply
Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver procurement support to the business
Driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
