Senior Industrial Electrician - International

Quad is hiring a high-level Industrial Electrician / Controls Specialist to support and modernize our web offset press and bindery platforms across North America and Latin America. This is a hands-on, expert role for someone who can troubleshoot at depth, execute control retrofits, and keep complex production environments running at peak uptime.
Travel 30-40% within the U.S. & Latin America required.
What You'll Do:
* Troubleshoot and repair printing press & bindery control systems
* Lead retrofits and modernization projects (especially legacy DC drives)
* Provide remote diagnostics and real-time support to multiple plants
* Drive uptime, reliability, and performance improvements
* Support installs, startups, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Travel to Quad sites across the U.S. and LATAM (30-40%)
What You Bring:
* 15-20 years industrial electrical experience in printing or similar continuous manufacturing
