Join our Business Registries (BR) Operational Legal Services Team as a Senior Investigating Solicitor and contribute to supporting the integrity of New Zealand's business environment. As a Senior Investigating Solicitor, you will provide expert legal and administrative advice to the Insolvency and Trustee Service (ITS) team, guiding them through estate issues and other critical legal matters. Your role will also involve collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance and effective application of relevant legislation.
