Senior Investment Operation Specialist

A prestigious family office is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Specialist to join its Investment Team based in Abu Dhabi. This fulltime position offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and senior stakeholders ensuring the seamless execution of investment transactions and operational processes across a multiasset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily trade settlements, cash flow activities and reconciliation of investment accounts
• Maintain accurate records of transactions holdings and asset allocations
• Generate portfolio performance reports and provide insights to the investment team and CIO
• Track income and yield targets and support performance assessments
• Resolve trade and valuation discrepancies by coordinating with banks custodians and service providers
• Support operational workflow improvements, policy development and systems enhancements
