Senior IT Business Analyst with Reinsurance expertise to lead requirements, data analysis, and solution delivery.

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst (ITBA)with strong Reinsurance knowledge and Insurance experience to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams. This role will elicit and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements; align stakeholders on functional design and delivery decisions; and ensure solutions are delivered with strong governance across the SDLC. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in the BABOK guide/toolkit, brings exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, and is skilled at applying AI tools and methodologies to accelerate analysis, improve quality, and drive innovation.
