Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Network & Systems)

Job Duties: Design, implement, and support end-to-end on-premises IT infrastructure (network, systems, and cloud environments) Implement, operate, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, NAC, load balancers, wired/wireless networks). Deploy, configure, and support Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, and storage systems. Support Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity environments (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams). Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex infrastructure issues. Implement security controls including segmentation, hardening, patching, and vulnerability management. Manage monitoring platforms (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, Nagios) including performance tuning and alert optimisation.
