Position Overview

Senior IT Recruitment Consultant – French Speaking (Permanent) at a well‑established international client’s Barcelona office.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client accounts and build long lasting relationships.
• Source contract talent and match them meticulously to client hiring requirements.
• Participate in all stages of 360 recruitment within the IT, Tech or Digital markets.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 18 months of 360 recruiting experience within IT, Tech or Digital markets.
• Experience recruiting in the French or Belgian market.
• Fluent French and business‑level English proficiency.
• Strong networking and client‑management skills.
