Senior IT Support & Customer Experience Lead

Sana Commerce is looking for a Full-time Technical Customer Support Specialist in Dubai. You'll act as the first point of contact for our customers, manage incoming tickets, and ensure high satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a technical support role, a bachelor's degree, and a customer-first mindset. Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with HTML or XML are essential. This position is not remote.
