Senior ITSM Engineer: Build the Next-Gen Service Platform

BlackTide Partners is looking for a Senior ITSM Engineer to join our Zurich team. You'll play a key role in implementing a new IT Service Management solution, supporting the technology rollout, and refining ITSM processes such as Incident and Change Management.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in ITSM engineering, strong scripting skills, and fluent communication in German and English.
