EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 4+ years of experience in application support, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, and integration points.
- Understanding of Java APIs
- Frameworks such as Spring Boot
- API Management and Observability
- Error handling and logging patterns
- API level Logging and Tracing
- Log analysis (Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic)
- Experience in cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Familiarity with FinTech or banking compliance standards is highly desirable.
