Market-relatedMinimum requirements:

LLB

Admitted Attorney 

Minimum 5 Years' post-admission experience in Labour Matters 

Drafting of disciplinary policies, contract etc

Chairing of disciplinary hearings

CCMA Arbitration & litigation

Drafting of Labour Court pleadings

LLM in Labour Law advantageous
