Senior Land Development & Planning Lead

Job Summary

This position is required to manage the administration of MRANTI’s land including land use planning, statutory requirements, support development projects and planned activities accordance to masterplan and Third-Party development. This role oversees planning studies, zoning, coordination with regulatory agencies, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure land development aligns with local and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Design Team, sub-lessees, and internal departments on third‑party requirements prior to the preparation of Sub‑Lease Agreements, ensuring all compliance requirements are incorporated into tender documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, budgeting exercises, land use planning, and zoning assessments for development projects.
