As part of our Municipal, Planning and Environmental Law Group, this full-time position requires a skilled Planner with a minimum of five years of experience, particularly in the Greater Toronto Area. You will be responsible for supporting lawyers by preparing significant documentation and conducting detailed research in land use policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with development application processes
• Conduct technical analysis of planning regulations
• Develop detailed planning reports and insights
• Attend and represent at adjustment hearings
• Coordinate preparation for Ontario Land Tribunal processes
Requirements:
