2 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To provide expert legal advice and representation on complex education law matters, supporting the Council's Adults, Education and Employment service. The role is responsible for managing a team of legal professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely, and effective legal services while contributing to the strategic objectives of the Council. Key Responsibilities Provide specialist legal advice on a broad range of education law matters. Manage a caseload of complex, high-profile, and sensitive legal cases. Represent the Council in negotiations, tribunals, court proceedings, and other legal forums where required.
