The company is also active in renewable energy projects, data centers, and other initiatives related to new industrial technologies. PROFILE Senior lawyer specialised in infrastructures, concessions and energy; with extensive experience in bidding process, land banking, permitting, M&A (including due diligence), corporate financing and project finance; drafting and negotiating contracts (EPC, O&M, others); being involved in management of commercial companies; able to get involved in the operational aspects of the business; and work in a dynamic and global environment.
