Senior L&D Leader — LatAm & NA

Epson Latinoamérica is seeking a qualified professional for an Organizational Development role. This position focuses on enhancing culture and leadership capabilities through various Learning & Development programs across Latin America.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Organizational Development for multinational companies, strong communication skills, and regional experience across LATAM. This is an exciting opportunity without relocation requirements, open to applicants from Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Ecuador.
