Senior/ Lead Analyst (International Relations), Strategic Planning and Research

Reporting to the Director (International Relations), you will be part of the Strategic Planning & Research (SPR) cluster. The International Relations Team drives efforts in building diplomatic ties between PSD and foreign public service counterparts to bolster strategic bilateral needs and to profile the Singapore Public Service internationally. Through its external engagements, the unit also collects information on trends and best practices within the broader international environment to strengthen public service governance.

• Support the formulation and implementation of strategies to engage foreign counterparts, institutions and establishments in furtherance of whole of government (WOG) and PSD objectives.
