As a (Senior) Lead Back End Engineer, you will drive the technical direction of backend systems, lead engineering initiatives, and mentor team members. You’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions.

Tasks:

• Lead the design and development of backend systems using Java, and Spring Boot
• Architect and implement scalable microservices and robust API designs
• Guide the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture
