**What you will do:**

+ Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions, including workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, to define business needs and project scope
+ Drive process mapping, documentation, and standardization, ensuring clarity and usability for business and technical teams, translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on business priorities
+ Partner with business teams to identify needs, define and document requirements, and drive solution delivery
