Senior Lead Engineer – Media Facade & Lighting Systems

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 7+ years of specialized experience to spearhead our Media Facade and Architectural Lighting division. This is a pivotal role requiring a candidate who can navigate the intersection of complex electrical engineering, creative vision, and commercial project management.

• Strategic Design & Technical Risk Mitigation (The P&L Guardrail): At the 7+ year level, the candidate must go beyond basic schematics to ensure the project is profitable and sustainable.
• Systems Architecture: Oversee the design of comprehensive electrical systems for Media Facades and LED Mesh, ensuring they are optimized for both performance and cost.
• Infrastructure Integrity: Take full ownership of SLDs, load balancing, and voltage drop calculations to eliminate the risk of expensive on-site fixes or hardware failures.
