Senior Lean & Productivity Engineer

RecluMX is seeking a highly motivated Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead operational excellence initiatives in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, leading projects, optimizing processes, and supporting Lean Manufacturing principles.
