Senior Learning & Development Lead – Global Learning Hub

Neste Oyj in Espoo is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist to support and develop the global Learning Hub. This temporary role aligns with Neste's mission to lead in renewable fuel production while fostering staff capabilities.

Your responsibilities include managing Learning Hub operations, implementing global learning initiatives, and creating digital content. Ideal candidates will have significant HRD experience and strong skills in project management, communication, and both English and Finnish.
